What is Stock For You?

A mystery box that pays out real stock on Robinhood Chain. Buy a sealed box for $0.10, open it and win a random amount of a Stock Token, or send it to a fren. You can also buy and sell stocks from your profile, and join campaigns to win free boxes.

What's inside a box?

A random amount of a Stock Token, like NVIDIA, Apple, Amazon, Alphabet or Meta. How much you get comes from the odds table, valued at the live market price when you open. The stock goes straight to your wallet.

What is a Stock Token?

A share of a real company, issued as a token on Robinhood Chain. One token tracks one share, and it sits in your wallet like any other token. Stock Tokens are not available in the US and some other countries, so make sure you are allowed to hold them where you live.

How is the prize decided?

When you open a box, an outside service creates a random number that nobody can see in advance, not you and not us. That number picks your prize from the odds table and which stock you get. Every step is public onchain.

Can I lose money?

Yes. Some boxes are worth more than you paid and some are worth less. The odds table shows every prize, its chance and the average payout, and the contract enforces it.

What does it cost to buy and open a box?

A box costs $0.10 in USDC. Opening costs a small network fee on Robinhood Chain, usually under a cent. Nothing is taken from your prize.

What happens to a box I never open?

A sealed box lasts one year. After that it expires and pays nothing. Your profile shows how many days each box has left.

Can I gift a box to a fren?

Yes. From your profile you can send sealed boxes to any wallet. Your fren opens them and keeps whatever is inside. Once a box is opened, it can't be moved.

Can I buy and sell stock here?

Yes, in your profile's Portfolio tab. Pick several and it all happens in one transaction. A 1% fee applies to each trade.

Which wallets can I use?

Any wallet installed in your browser shows up when you connect, like MetaMask, Phantom or Rabby. On a phone, use WalletConnect or open the site inside your wallet app. Stock For You runs on Robinhood Chain, and your wallet is asked to switch if it is on another network.

Where is the money, and is it safe?

It stays onchain in the contract, not in anyone's account: the USDC from box sales plus the stock it buys. The contract can't pay out more than it holds, and no single prize can be worth more than a quarter of the pool. The Vault page shows every holding live.

Campaigns

What is a campaign?

A giveaway run by a project. The project puts up boxes as prizes and sets a few simple tasks. Do the tasks, then either you are in a raffle drawn when the campaign ends, or, in a first come, first served campaign, you claim your boxes on the spot until they run out.

How do I join one?

Open a campaign from the Campaigns page, connect your wallet and complete each task. When every task is done, join with one signature. Joining is free.
